By using HWP Tools ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

HWP Tools lets you open and convert HWP/HWPX documents in your browser. A free tier is available to everyone. Paid passes remove daily limits and add higher file-size and batch allowances as described on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to process, or content that is illegal;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• use automated means to exceed the published limits, or resell the service without permission.

We may rate-limit or block requests that appear abusive in order to keep the service available for everyone.

Passes

A Day Pass grants unlimited conversions for 24 hours from activation. Passes are tied to a signed link rather than an account; keep your restore link to use the pass on other devices. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Availability and "as is"

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Conversion quality can vary with complex documents; we show a preview so you can check the result before downloading. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because files are deleted immediately after conversion, you are responsible for keeping your own originals.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
